Corona Lucis (Crown of Light) is a mixed reality Catholic Rosary prayer app designed for the XREAL AURA glasses.
Open the app, touch the candle, and pray — with your hands free to hold a real rosary as the experience unfolds in your space.
All four mystery sets guide you through the complete Rosary with prayer text, symbolic objects, and original music. A quiet save system remembers exactly where you left off, so you can return to your practice without pressure.
Built during the Android XR Developer Catalyst Program, Corona Lucis explores how mixed reality can deepen personal ritual, bringing the physical and digital together in a way that feels grounded, not distracting.

My role: solo indie developer
Corona Lucis began in a moment of personal darkness. What started as a return to prayer became an unexpected creative and technical journey. A VR demo built in April for Quest 3 became a published mixed reality app by October, shaped by family heritage, a new device, and a lot of late nights and full weekends that felt like a hackathon.
